It’s another happy moment in my life. Cooking not only makes me a better person, allowing me to spread joy to people through flavours and nourishment, it also allows me to help others and give back to the community through culinary artwork.

When I had the opportunity to marry my love of cooking with my love of art, the experience opened another level of fulfilment. I created a culinary artwork at a charity event and the kindness of those present took the bidding to 80K. This generous financial sum means that I can help children in China, educating talented kids and spreading joy.

I am deeply grateful for the wonderful life I get to live, and thanks to my talent I get the chance to share that wonder with others. Spreading love means that I get to live the meaningful life I have always wished for. There is true joy in creation.

愛的藝術

這是我生命中另一個感動時刻。烹飪不只令我自己變得更好，讓我可透過味道與營養與大家分享喜悅，也讓我可用美食藝術幫助他人，回饋社會。

當我可有機會將對烹飪的熱情及對藝術的喜愛結合時，當中的滿足感即昇華到另一層次。最近我為一個慈善拍賣活動創作了一個美食藝術品。現場的善長最終出價8萬元投得。這筆善款將用於改善內地貧困兒童的處境，為他們帶來讀書的機會及歡樂。

我深深為自己美好的人生而感恩，也感恩自己可藉着手藝與他人分享當中的快樂。將愛傳遞開去正正是我希望過的生活，創作帶來的，是真正的喜悅。
